Shipping Policies

Standard Shipping
 
Z-Tech, Inc. uses UPS to ship its products to you, our valued customers. In general, packages under 150lbs and that meet certain size requirements can be shipped via UPS. It is important to choose Business or Residential delivery correctly. The customer will be held responsible for additional charges if chosen incorrectly. Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with Z-Tech, Inc. within 3 business days of delivery. Claims filed after that time may not be honored. Should your items arrive damaged, it is important that you refuse the shipment and indicate to the driver that the shipment is damaged. We can ship via other carriers but this will always delay your items at least one business day. We do accept shipment via your USP account number.
 
Shipping Promotions
 
Z-Tech, Inc. may, at times, offer shipping promotions. These promotions are limited to items below 150lbs, and which meet certain size and packaging constraints. Items that cannot be shipped via UPS Ground do not qualify for these promotions. Freight & Truck Line shipments are not Ground shipping.
 
Truck Deliveries and Large/Bulky items
 
Some Z-Tech, Inc. product items may not be able to be shipped via regular ground methods and will require a Freight or Truck delivery. All Free freight promotions only apply to items that can be shipped via UPS ground and not Freight or LTL methods.
 
Truck Line - Commercial/Business Addresses
 
When shipping to a business please choose whether you need a lift gate or not. Without lift gate service, you will be responsible for removing/off loading your order from the truck. If your site has a forklift or loading dock, you may wish to choose the no lift gate option. If your delivery location is actually a residential address, you will be responsible for additional charges that will be charged by the freight carrier.
 
Truck Line - Residential Addresses
 
Truck carriers charge additional fees for delivering to residential addresses. This is in part due to the necessity of loading shipments to smaller trucks that are better able to navigate residential locations. While your specific driveway may have plenty of room to navigate, roads around you may require this extra handling. Delivery is to the base of your driveway or off of the trucks lift gate. The customer is responsible for moving the product from that point. Z-Tech, Inc. is not responsible for delivery if the product cannot be unloaded from the truck. Z-Tech, Inc. cannot be responsible for refunds of this freight, and the customer will be responsible for any fees necessary for a 2nd delivery attempt.
 
Returns
All returns require a Z-Tech, Inc. RMA (Returned Merchandize Authorization). Any returns without an RMA may be returned to their origin. We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order. Your item must be in good, unused condition, and be in the original packaging.  Returned items may incur a restocking fee of 15%.  
Used items may be returned for partial credit. The amount of refund will be at the sole discretion of Z-Tech, Inc.   
When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at the time. If possible, take pictures and send them to us - and we will assist you in replacing your order. It is important to note, that you must notify us within 3 business days of damage from delivery.
Any item found to be defective in materials or workmanship, by Z-Tech, Inc., shall be replaced at no additional charge.  
Please provide up to 5 - 7 days for returns to be inspected once received. Freight is not refundable and the customer is responsible for return freight. Please see our “Conditions of Use” page for additional information.
